Chicken and Mixed Pepper Pakoda


1 pound boneless chicken ( preferably from chicken drumsticks) – cut into cubes
1/2 red onion – thinly sliced
1 jalapeño – diced
1 red pepper – diced
1 long green pepper diced
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
3 green chilies – finely chopped
1/2 cup coriander leaves – chopped
10 fresh curry leaves
3 tsp corn starch
1 cup chic pea flour
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste


Mix everything together wid a 1/4 cup water – let sit for 1/2 hr
Using a tablespoon drop mixture in hot oil and fry on med to low flame until they are golden brown
