Salmon Soup

2 Piece Salmon – washed
4 cups water
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 stalks bok choy – cut in halves
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt to taste
1 red chili – sliced
1/4 tsp red chili flakes
1 crushed garlic
1 tsp crushed ginger
Few slices of sweet pepper – (optional)

METHOD

Heat the water in a medium pot and bring it to a boil, turn the heat to low and let it simmer
Add salt, black pepper,red chili flakes, sliced red chili, let it simmer for 5 mins,
Add lemon juice(leave the squeezed lemon peice in the broth),
Add crushed garlic and crushed ginger
Add boc choy and sweet pepper and let it simmer for app 5 mins
Add Salmon pieces, and let it simmer for app 5 mins or until it turns light pink

SERVE HOT
