Spicy Minty Lamb Kebabs

2 lbs ground Lamb – you can also use turkey, chicken or beef
2 green long hot peppers – finely chopped
1/2 cup of mint leaves – finely chopped
2 tsp fresh ginger – grated
1 tsp red chili flakes
salt to taste
3 tsp Shaan butter chicken masala
1 egg
bread crumbs – optional – see note below

METHOD

Mix everything together and skewer it on wooden skewer sticks or kebab knives
You can use a non stick pan to grill it on medium to low flame for app 4-5 mins on each side or until done

If the meat mixture doesnt stick on the skewers then add the bread crumbs

This filling can also be used as samosa filling, made into meat balls or burger patties
you can also add cumin seeds, whole coriander seeds, finely chopped onions and crushed garlic for extra flavor

Mint gives it a unique flavor but it can also be replaced with fresh coriander leaves or fresh green onions
