Layered Paratha

Flour
Hot water

MEHOD

Make dough as usual
Mix equal amount of ghee and oil or margarine and oil
Divide dough equally into puri size
Lightly oil one side and dip the 2nd dough in flour and stack it up on top of the oiled side and repeat
Roll it out and make paratha as usual but on a very low flame
Brush with ghee,and oil mixture

Serve hot with your favorite curry
