Chai Masala


8 Tablespoon Dry Ginger powder
4 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
40 (numbers) Green Cardamom
1 Nutmeg – grated
5 pieces (3 inches each) Cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp Anise powder


Roast cinnamon and cardamom for 2 minutes and grind it using a coffee grinder
Mix all the other ingredients and heat it on low flame for about 1 minute
Combine everything together and keep it in a air tight jar

Use app 1/2 tsp chai masala in one cup of tea
