8 Chicken Wings
Salt and pepper (adjust to your own taste)
1/2 tspn crushed cumin
2 tbsp Cooking oil –
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
5 tbsp Hot wing sauce
Fresh ginger garlic and red chilies crushed in a mortar/pestle
Wash chicken wings and dry wid paper towel
Add lemon juice,cumin,salt and pepper to taste
Add oil in a non stick fry pan and slow cook the chicken until its done (25 mins)
Mix 1 tbsp olive oil,ginger,garlic,chili and hot wing sauce, and make a paste.
turn the heat to medium high and brush the chicken wings with the spicy paste until well coated on both sides and slightly brown.
Tōno Serve hot with your choice of hot sauce
