Methi Paratha

1 bunch fenugreek leaves – chopped
3 green chilies – chopped
1 small onion – finally chopped
3 cloves of garlic – crushed
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp mango powder
1 tsp cumin
3 tbsp cooking oil
salt to taste

Add oil in a non stick pan and heat it up on medium flame
Add cumin seeds, and chopped chilies and garlic
Add onions and stir fry until they are translucent
Add fenugreek leaves and stir for app 2 minutes
Add salt to taste when the leaves are wilted
Add coriander and mango powder and cook until the leaves are soft
Stuff the dough with the cooked leaves, roll it out using a rolling pin or your hands
Cook Paratha on a hot plate just like Roti and brush it with a little bit of butter

Serve with Hot Daal
