2 Rock Crabs-cleaned,cut, cracked (soak in juice of 1/2 a lemon)
1 med Onion – sliced
Ginger Garlic Chili(fresh) crushed
3 small pieces Cinnamon
3 Tbs cooking oil
1/2 tsp Jafna Special Roasted Curry powder
2 tsp Coriander & cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp paprika
salt to taste

In a pan heat oil on med heat
Add cumin,mustard seeds
Add Onion and saute till light brown
Add ginger garlic, chili paste, saute for 3 mins or till slightly brown
Add all the masala and give it a good stir for a minute
Add 1/4 cup water turn the heat to simmer and let the masala steam cook with the lid on for about 5 mins or till the water dries up and the oil separates from the masala.
Add the crab and cook on med low heat for 10 – 15 mins or until its done.
You can serve it dry at this point oradd water to slightly cover the crab and bring it to a boil.
Simmer and cook until the sauce consistency desired.
Add cilantro for garnish
