INGREDIENTS
1 tbs olive oil
2 gloves garlic – chopped
1 cup garbanzo beans
1 cup baby cabbage
1 red chili – chopped
salt n pepper to taste
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
METHOD
In a non stick fry pan, heat olive oil on medium low flame
Add chopped garlic and slightly brown them
Add chopped chilies
Add garbanzo beans,quinoa, salt n pepper
Add baby cabbage and stir until the greens are slightly wilted.
Serve hot
