INGREDIENTS
2 cups of strawberries
1 litre of Iced tea
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of squeezed lemon juice
METHOD
Make tea with sugar and leave to cool.
Blend strawberries in food processor until smooth, strain and discard seeds.
Mix together with tea and lemon juice.
Chill until ready to serve.
